Individual Psychotherapy (In-Person or Virtual)

After an initial 75-85-minute session during which we’ll get to know each other and discuss your unique strengths, challenges, hopes, and goals, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50 or 80 minute sessions depending on your preferences and needs. Together, we’ll design a treatment plan tailored to you and we’ll take time each month to track your development and progress.

 

Groups and Workshops

Periodically, I offer a series of group sessions focused on a specific topic or interest area, including grief, identity exploration, spirituality, and creativity. These group therapy series often include creative writing, yoga, movement, breathing, and nature-based activities. In order to foster real community and connection, I ask that you commit to attending each session in any series you join.

 

Sessions With Loved Ones

While I do not offer ongoing couples or family therapy, I am pleased to offer as-needed opportunities for you to bring a loved one into a session in which we will focus on compassionately and effectively communicating about a specific challenge or issue. In order to make the best use of this time, these sessions must be discussed, scheduled, and prepared for in advance.
